LEGAL GUARANTEE IN CHILEAN TERRITORY

Law No. 19,496 protects consumers in Chile, guaranteeing customer purchases in the event of manufacturing failures, for a period of 90 days from the moment of purchase; and allows the change or repair of the product, after evaluation of the failure by the seller.

In Istanbul Shoe Co. this guarantee is respected both in terms and legal conditions. Thus, it is the customer's responsibility to deliver the product to Istanbul Shoe Co, according to current forms. After the above, the client will send the voucher that supports the shipment in order to follow up.

To make the legal guarantee effective, the client must comply with the following conditions:

* Any other situation not attributable to failures of the product or its manufacturing process.
